Family Action provides a range of services for those who have experienced abuse, trauma, family and sexual violence. They were seeking funding for a safe outdoor play area so the children in refuge can adjust and feel settled more quickly.

The Whau River Catchment Trust is focused on creating healthier streams and rivers through community participation and kaitiakitanga. They required funding to initiate their pest control programme on the Rosebank Peninsula, to ensure nesting and wading birds are protected from predators.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Hoani Waititi Marae offers a tikanga based education that provides youth with guidance, skills and knowledge. They sought funding for two Waka Ama boats, so more of the community can get involved.
